The cottage is in the same grounds as our home. It is within a 2 to 5 minute walk to the swimming pool, squash courts, gym and 5 minutes to the golf club. The shops, parks and lake are a 5 minute walk. We have off street parking and can accommodate a caravan or trailer. Should you need to do some washing we can make our laundry available to you. The cottage has recently been renovated throughout and is non smoking.

Rose Cottage is a charming older style home away from home. Situated in an ideal position just 20 meters from the Murrumbidgee river and a 2 minute walk to the CBD. Featuring 2 queen beds, 1 small bathroom with toilet within ( booked in for a little facelift soon), and a lovely courtyard with bbq and outdoor dining. Ideal for a short term workers cottage for 2 people or a small family.
