Eclectic Home close to Nashville

This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. Metro Nashville Short Term Rental Permit Number 2/0/1/9/0/5/7/8/1/0 Guests will have full access to the apartment. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

'Koala Motel' - lovely, private, East Nashville.

Large bathroom, comfy bed, cozy & quiet. Not a party space. Good for couples, solo or business travelers. Private driveway & patio entrance. While the room is attached to the house (closed off) you have a totally separate entrance with your own bathroom. 9 min walk to Riverside Village: Coffee, Deli, Pub, Thai, Pizza. Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Wooded Get-away in West Nashville

My home is located on four forested acres in West Nashville. It is 15 minutes to downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities; 5 minutes to the Warren Parks, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Belle Meade Plantation; 5 minutes to I-40; great views, restaurants and dining! You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. Experience Nashville like the locals do! We welcome you to your private, spacious apartment that feels like the country even though you’re in the city. It’s set in a very historic music neighborhood on beautiful green acreage. Centrally located and just 8 miles to downtown and 7.9 miles to the Grand Ole Opry. Spacious 1 bed - great location East Nashville

Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville! This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).
