Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

My adorable renovated '50s cottage has space for 4 (queen, twin, floor twin). Located in hip East Nashville in the heart of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. East Nashville Cozy Cottage

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
