Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away!

1BR in Basement for night owls! Great 4 a NS job!
A quiet basement space that’s great for someone who is working night shifts and looking for a dark space to sleep during the day!! With a bathroom/shower/tub downstairs and living room space as well! Don’t forget room darkening shades, you should have no problem sleeping!!!
Upstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, formal dining room , spacious living room, back yard patio, fenced in back yard, and lots of parking!
All areas are considered shared except your bedroom! Each room is an airbnb!
