If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay in Wichita is it. The apartment is a duplex with our home on the other side. There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

Just a few blocks away you can enjoy tennis, pickle ball, a walk or jog along the Arkansas river, or display your skills at the Derby Skateboard Park. Within minutes be floating down the Rock River Rapids or checking out the Field Station; Dinosaur Park. Decarsky dog Park is a great place to meet new friends. We added a space to our home that could someday be an in-law suite, but for now it’s a hidden visitor’s getaway! Sitting on 2 acres in East Wichita, this an excellent location. With its own private entrance this space is attached but completely separated from the main home. You will have your own private suite. A perfect location for someone on the go or to just relax. Since we live on property we do host socials from time to time. If there are people around consider yourself invited!

Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.
