Slow living on the farm. Welcome to Coop d’État Farm Retreat on Kings Mountain—set among old-growth redwoods with ocean views, a fire pit & a private hot tub. The apartment sits on our working glamping property, where chickens roam, goats graze, dogs stand guard, and our cats supervise from afar. We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

The kitchen has a huge WOW factor w/ stainless high-end appliances, fully stocked, ideal for cooking, entertaining, or baking. Indoor/outdoor living w/ double french doors that both open up to the beautiful backyard space complete with patio furniture, BBQ and firetable, ideal for enjoying our amazing CA weather. Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! And EV charging.

Guesthouse Garden Retreat

Our 'sister guesthouses' consist of two small side-by-side cabins (you get both) located behind our home, nestled in a verdant hillside garden that our friends and family lovingly call ‘Little Tuscany’. Cabin 1 - living room with a well-stocked kitchenette, pull-out couch, table and chairs Cabin 2 - bedroom with a queen-size bed, full bathroom and a private deck Accessed by a private entrance, the cabins are luminous and efficient, designed to meet all your needs.

Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods and nature overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. Please note the cottage is located behind our main home and is accessed via several steps.
