Located right on Birkie Ridge Trailhead with close access to vast CAMBA trails, this is a nature escape for outdoor enthusiasts who love to bike, ski, hike, and bird watch. Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

Built as a winter or summer escape for a couple or small group, this beautiful four season cabin is a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a modern, well-appointed, aesthetically rich space designed with relaxation in mind This cabin was built in 2021 and host is 13 year "superhost" This is a default "no pets" cabin, however exceptions can be made with permission and a fee. Enjoy a quiet, relaxing week in the north woods of Hayward, WI! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin sleeps six comfortably (2 queen beds and a futon). Cabin is two levels and 1500 square ft. The cabin is located on the Namekagon River with direct access to Hayward Lake and the public boat launch just a few hundred feet away. You really get the best of both worlds here as the cabin is tucked away in a private, wooded area but is also walking distance to downtown Hayward and other attractions!!

You can hike, bike, ski, or ride the trails directly from our yard. Plenty of parking-driveway is a loop. Cabin was completely renovated top to bottom in spring of 2021. Enjoy serenity and country feel but also close proximity to Hayward. (2 miles to main street)

We’re only 7 minutes from downtown Hayward, so you can also explore shops, restaurants, recreation rentals and trails, and even the giant Muskie statue!

Serene Retreat In The Woods of Hayward

Escape to the Northwoods of Wisconsin. This is a quiet, peaceful place to stay. The house is set in the woods with deer strolling through the property. There is access to snowmobile trails 9 and 15 and plenty of truck and trailer parking. Round Lake and other area lakes are nearby for ice fishing. We are about 5 miles from the Birkie trail parking and access.
