Welcome to our cozy 1940s bungalow with natural light, wood beams, bamboo floors, and a fully fenced yard. We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

A cheery 700 sq ft suburban daylight basement with street parking that’s optimized for 1-2 people offers a separate office with desk, lamp, chair & high-speed wifi. No cooking allowed though close to many great restaurants (or use food delivery). Micro, Keurig & hot water kettle provided. Air Fryer upon request. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house.
