Located near Cooper's Rock state park, boating or skiing at Deep Creek Lake, kayaking on the Sandy River and Ohio Plyle for rafting, biking and hiking. Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake. NO pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

Come stay at our unique three-bedroom suite adjacent to the Youghiogheny River, white water rafting, and the Kendall Trail. Thoughtfully designed with many amenities for your comfort and located upstairs for a peaceful river view. There is a big private and free parking lot in the back for your stay. Enjoy a comfortable rustic cabin with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a powder room, spacious living room, kitchen and a dining area. Outside you can relax on a large screened porch or by the firepit under a blanket or stars. Some of the most beautiful areas such as Swallow Falls, Herrington Manor and Rock Maze are only a short drive away. Enjoy skiing at Wisp Resort or boating and swimming at Deep Creek State Park. Many wonderful restaurants and fun things to do are also a short drive away.

Small home with a spacious deck and large open doors that make the indoor and outdoor space a single living area. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. The Hobbit House

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! There are also amenities such a as grocery, gas, restaurant and parks within walking distance. Perfect getaway!

Broken Tractor Cabins: Rustic and Cozy.

This cabin is cozy and off in the middle of nowhere! It's at the end of a private lane that's on a farm at the end of a dead end road. If you're looking to get out in the sticks, this is your place! With that said, it's only about five miles from I-68. Enjoy the hiking trail, fire pit, hammock, horseshoes, mini disc golf course, big place to run around and do whatever you want, and beautiful nights. There is also a ton of destinations should you choose to leave the farm!

Our country home will slow down your hectic pace or liven up your sense of adventure. From bird watching to sightseeing and then relaxing around the fire. The Homestead

Escape to this modern log cabin in the woods of West Virginia. Situated on the West Virginia-Maryland border, it was built in 2016 and offers a reprieve from city living. It is isolated (no window treatments; see photos) and features a light-filled open master bedroom loft, large shower, two additional bedrooms, and a hot tub. You are completely secluded in the woods, yet it is only 30 miles from WVU's Mountaineer Field and 13 miles from Wisp Resort. We hope to host you!
