A hidden gem in the heart of the national forest. This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

Close to the M1 and M42 making for easy access to the peak district and Alton Towers(1hour) and Bardon hill, Sence park, Thornton Resevoir, Market bosworth and conkers, are all nearby
