Period cottage in a area of outstanding natural beauty within the Peak District on the banks of the river Dane. Lovely views and walking straight from the door along the river, through the woods and up onto the Roaches, Tittersworth ( Bird Sanctuary circular walk around the reservoir, 5 miles) Ashmount is strictly for 2 guests as you are in my home albeit the space is yours for the time of your stay i live in a totally separate part of the property I am close enough should you require help

Black Cat Cottage in lovely Wildboarclough

Lovely stone-built two bedroom cottage in converted barn and piggery, on a 20 acre farm overlooking Shutlingsloe. The farmhouse and cottage were renovated in 2019, but the cottage retains a rustic charm - stone built and with a stone roof, and some barn features. Walks to Shutlingsloe, Grandbach Mill, Lud's Church, the Cat and Fiddle, and Three Shire Head can all be accessed from the farm, as can the local pub and Blaze Farm for ice cream (challenging walks, includes some walking on road).

Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit, see and experience. The accommodation is an ensuite one roomed studio, sleeping up to 2, with a double sleigh bed and sofa, table and 2 chairs. There is a fridge and microwave available. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk. A fully enclosed garden.
