Situated at the water's edge, our rental boasts a private dock, providing convenient access to the pristine lake for fishing, swimming, or simply enjoying the outdoors. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms comfortably furnished with a total of three beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to six guests. With close proximity to Cardigan Mountain school Dartmouth & DHMC campuses, your home away from home awaits!

This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Welcome to Sugar River Treehouse! If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, in the most unique, breathtaking, beautiful setting, you have found it. On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Come relax, unwind and enjoy the year round beauty and fun at our cabin on Perkins Pond! Many activities to enjoy with each season.. Kayak, canoe, fish and swim or float, nap on the hammock in summer months.. Walk, hike and enjoy the awe of Fall color.. Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! The house is 20 mins from ski resorts, x-country skiing, snow shoe trails, tubing. Optimal snowmobile location with several primary and secondary trails right down the street. Fully-stocked kitchen. Newfound Lake Assoc. boasts of its reputation as one of the cleanest lakes in the world. Enjoy breathtaking views during the day & magnificent sunsets in the evening. The colorful gardens are surrounded by woodlands. Relax to the sound of the babbling brook. This peaceful place beckons you to slow your pace & nourish your soul.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
