This tiny comfortable and quiet studio with a small bathroom - shower, toilet, infrared sauna + veranda is at the back of our green garden where you only hear the sound of the birds. The separate entrance is next to the house. Supermarket, lunchroom, restaurants, toko and sushi to go just within just 1 minute walking distance. 15 minutes biking to Zandvoort, very close to Haarlem and Heemstede center. The trainstation is a 5-minute walk, 20 minutes to Amsterdam, 5 m to Haarlem, 20 m Zandvoort

Luxury spacious private loft between city & beach

This unique accommodation is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all amenities. The beach and Haarlem city center are just 5 km away. It features a private entrance, 2 spacious master bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a living area with a 5-meter high ceiling and large sliding doors onto the garden. The forest/dunes and a beautiful nature reserve are just around the corner, separated by the railway line (behind the accommodation's backyard), offering delightful opportunities for walking.

A heaven for kids to play during the day. A sea of tranquillity for the adults during nightfall. How else would you describe paradise? Met trots en plezier verhuur ik een 2 persoons tuin suite in mijn buitenverblijf apart van mijn huis in Heemstede inclusief gebruik van een eigen badkamer (in Dec 2022 geheel vernieuwd). Er is gratis parkeren op het terrein en er is een privé terras. Het station Heemstede Aerdenhout is aan de overkant waar je fietsen kan huren (max. 20 minuten fietsen naar Zandvoort, 10 min fietsen naar Haarlem!). 23 min met de trein naar Amsterdam. Kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle buitenkamer.

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.
