Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Beautiful double-level houseboat, in the middle of the unique recreation area "Westeinder Lakes" in Aalsmeer. An area with many Marinas, catering facilities on and around the water, and within walking distance of the town´s center. The houseboat has a view of the lake and has all the comforts. On the balcony you can enjoy BBQing or sipping a glass enjoying the last sun of the day. Hop on one of the SUP´s or on the Zodiac for an afternoon and enjoy the lake! Amsterdam & Schiphol close by.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs, or if you are allergic to dogs. The main bedroom has an attic with another bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see the dogs outside, and sometimes hear them.
