It includes a bath with a separated toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious anteroom. From our apartment it will take you just 15 minutes to reach the city center of vienna. Our spacious and bright rooms will offer you a cozy stay in Vienna. Our terrace invites to have a breakfast outside and enjoy the sun. And if it is getting too hot, the apartment has an new air condition to cool down. We got a satellite access for tv! WIFI is also available for free with a good connection...Of course;-)

With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Vienna-Hights-Studio with Stunning Views of Vienna

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Bunker Studio

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).
