Op 350 m van het strand, in het rustige Duinbergen (deelgemeente Knokke) vind je het historische vakantiehuis 'Guldenspoor' (1912). De hele buurt is sfeervol: veel groen en authentieke huizen en villa's. De woning is bovenal lichtrijk en ruim, een plek waar je graag blijft hangen. De gezellige kook- en tafelgelegenheid, comfortabele zitruimte, zonnig terras en de met zorg ingerichte kamers en badkamers (lakens & handdoeken inclusief ) maken het een heerlijk vakantienest. Onze villa is fantastisch gelegen in het oude Zoute op 10 minuten wandel afstand van het Albert, Knokke en Zoute strand. U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2 wagens. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.
