Fall in love with the character and charm of this centrally located, bright, historic, building while enjoying recent updates and modern amenities that include a dishwasher, new countertops, fresh paint, updated furniture and new linens. The sofa sleeper and pocket doors into the living room serve as a private second bedroom. With a 50” TV and fireplace, this is our bedroom of choice! Off the main bedroom, you'll find a separate office space with a desk and door that can be closed for privacy.

Situated at the base of Mount Helena, in the mansion district, Hilltop House features a beautifully landscaped exterior introducing you to a well kept upstairs apartment with plenty of charm. A comfortable 1 bed/1 bath has a relaxing living room with gas fireplace and walkout balcony , a cute kitchen, bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower and lots of light. The close proximity to our historic downtown and walking /biking trails allows visitors the opportunity to experience the Helena we love.

Three blocks to great mountain biking and hiking trails, and three blocks to the historic downtown area with great restaurants, shops, 3 breweries, a distillery, Ice Cream shop, cinema including the Myrna Loy Theatre and the Grand Street Community Theatre. It has a full kitchen for long- or short-term stays.

This lovely home is on the National Register of Historic Places offering you a little experience of Helena's deep history. Up to six guests can enjoy the stylish comfort this home provides with a queen bed, a twin daybed with twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa.

You are sure to love this studio which is just a stones throw from Helena’s famous walking mall. With restaurants, bars and breweries all within a short walking distance, you’ll have everything you need close by. You’ll be staying in a piece of history. The building is the oldest mansion in Helena, built in 1868 and has been divided into multiple different units. This one has its own entrance at the rear of the property. Please note that it is on the second story so there are stairs!

Birds & the Bees

The Birds&Bees (B&B) is tucked away in the south hills and yet walking distance to downtown. You will be close to Grateful Bread Bakery, the library, Blackfoot River Brewing Co. and the infamous Windbag Saloon. For fine dining On Broadway restaurant is there, as well. For eating in, you can take a short drive down the hill to the Real Food Market & Deli for fresh, organic groceries. Welcome to Helena and explore what it has to offer.

Built in 1890, this "mini" Victorian is a block from Mt. Helena's superb biking/hiking trails and 5 blocks from breweries, restaurants and the historic Last Chance Gulch. Recently updated, the Mini Vic still maintains its 19th century charm. Spacious kitchen and bath, formal dining and an inviting living room with gas fireplace. Cozy outdoor space with gas BBQ and firepit. Great location and a great little home while you enjoy Helena!

Quiet and privacy are key attractions to the comfortable, newly constructed space above our garage. Enjoy the south deck facing Mt Ascension equipped with lounge chairs and a table., and soon a pergola for shad and more privacy.
