The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Built for a ship’s captain away at sea it has big bay windows in the living room and kitchen. Rumour has it the builders only showed him pictures of the front, because the back... isn’t quite there! It is a quirky tardis with no straight lines. You’ll love it!

Caervallack Garden Cottage is a beautiful two person holiday cottage set within a private 540m2 walled garden .The Helford river is within walking distance and there are 13 different beaches a short drive away . Its a quiet and particularly beautiful part of Cornwall. The garden has featured in most of the garden/house magazines over the last 20 years, and in most recently in the book "Secret Gardens of Cornwall" 2023. Sorry we don't accept pets or children.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Baileys Little House time to relax

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Navas Nook is a beautifully renovated traditional cosy Cornish cottage, set in the heart of the Creekside village of Port Navas, surrounded by stunning countryside. Just feet from the Helford River and public slipway, you can enjoy views down to the boats and yacht club, whilst keeping an eye out for the wildlife on and in the water.
