Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The bathroom/toilet is small! The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street and a covered parking space in the driveway.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med en våningssäng, 120 samt 90 cm breda sovplatser samt ett pentry. En toalett med handfat samt ett separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Vid Öresund

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

Sunny balcony off the bedroom to take your morning coffee and chill for the rest of the day. Fast wifi. 10min walk to train station. Bus in front of building.

Nørreport Station på 15 minutter.
