This beautiful home conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood in NW SA. It is just 3 minutes away from loop 1604 with easy access to all the main attractions in SA, surrounded by shopping centers, supermarkets, and more. It fits up to 15 guests including families with kids, fully furnished with 4 Bedrooms , 11 beds. (1 king , 3 queens, 2 bunk beds , 1 queen sofa- bed , 1 air mattress) 4 smart TVs , high speed Wi-Fi, Grill, Game-room, and fully stocked kitchen, with Pool Access.

Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.
