重新預訂已取消的訂單
Change of plans? Not a problem! While canceled reservations can’t be restored, you can contact the Host and book a new reservation.
Book as normal or the Host can send you a special offer
We recommend that you message the Host to let them know your plan for rebooking.
You can book a reservation for the Host’s place again as you did before. Or, the Host can send you a special offer with the booking details that you’ve agreed on. You’ll have 24 hours to accept the special offer, and once you do, your reservation will be automatically confirmed.
Requesting a full refund of your original canceled reservation
If you didn't get a full refund for the original canceled reservation, you can contact us to request a full refund after you rebook.
