Breathtaking location set in the heart of stunning Chilterns countryside only 30 min from London. Come & recharge with views of the River Chess flowing past your bedroom. Relax in the large sitting/dining room (dbl sofa bed) or bask in the sunny conservatory watching swans glide by. Glorious walking on Chess Valley Walk. Nearby Amersham, Chalfont & Chenies all offer superb restaurants/shops & Met line tube. Amazing location just off M25 - Harry Potter World 15min, Heathrow 25min & Ascot 45 min.

It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. Come and enjoy our unique self-contained Studio attached to our house. It is a quiet and peaceful spot, ideal for rest and recuperation or to explore the surrounding rural areas and Chilterns AONB. It is a fully self-contained basement apartment, its open plan with a lounge area, dining area, bedroom with its own en suite shower room. It has its own entrance way down a terraced flower bed, and has a small private patio with table and chairs which is yours to use at your leisure.

Fantastic self-contained spacious accommodation which forms part of a Grade II listed barn conversion tucked away in a beautiful hidden Chiltern valley; perfect for walking and cycling from the doorstep but also only four miles from both Berkhamsted and Chesham stations with easy access to London. The accommodation comprises of four good-sized, newly decorated rooms, all closed off from the owners who live in the other part of the barn but who are on hand should you need them.

The Lodge is light, airy and modern, whilst providing original character and features. An ideal getaway for couples, those visiting family and friends, or somewhere to base yourself for a weekend of walking in the chilterns; this cosy, self-contained lodge is perfect for those looking to get away from it all. Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.

A cosy little self-contained cabin with its own bathroom, private side entrance and off-street driveway parking. A lovely spot for guests working locally or anyone wanting a peaceful escape. There’s a comfy double bed overlooking greenery, TV with Netflix and Prime, strong Wi-Fi, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Toiletries included. There’s a private courtyard outside with table and chairs. We live in the main house and are happy to help while giving you full privacy ☺️
