The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

C'est une jolie maison jumelée d'architecte de 96m2 avec une piscine chauffée privée (la piscine fait partie de la maison) permettant d'accueillir confortablement 6 voyageurs, elle est située dans une impasse privée au quartier acotz , à l'abri des bruits de circulation. Les plages sont accessibles à pied (15min à pied). On peut se rendre au centre ville de saint Jean-de-Luz par le chemin côtier (en vélo 15min ou à pied 50min)ou prendre l'arrêt de bus à 100m de la maison.

Vous disposez ensuite d’une terrasse et d’un accès au studio indépendant . Nous sommes 2 logements à cohabiter. Nous sommes à 500 m de la mer mais aussi des transports en commun. Parking privé, sécurisé, à 400 m. Linge de maison offert (draps, serviettes, torchon)
