1066 Hastings House

A romantic escape for no reason? Maybe a special Easter egg hunt for the season? For a small fee, I can fill plastic eggs, hide inside/outside for family fun! We welcome to the 1066 Hastings House, responsible 25 yr olds and up, 1-2 well behaved house trained dogs. Hosting, up to maximum of 5 guests. From the dining & great room, enjoy the sun rising. As the day draws to a close, snuggle up by the fireplace in the greatroom and enjoy the sunsets. Watch the lights of night wake up over the Bay.

Sunset Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy all the majesty of the St Lawrence River with water views from every window. Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has a queen bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its ranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

The Hythe guest house is located in the Heritage District .We are within an easy walking distance of Queens , Kingston General Hospital,Hotel Dieu and all the amenities associated with a downtown location. Bus connections are a nearby. Guests have the private use of the entire loft which includes a private bathroom, work area, sitting room and a bright and spacious bedroom. Guests are invited to relax in the walled garden.Many restaurants are a short distance. Waterfront is 3 minutes away

Sunset Paradise on Wolfe Island

Welcome to paradise! Enjoy perfect sunsets on a pebble beach and beautifully landscaped property. The cottage is the perfect getaway to reconnect and enjoy with loved ones. Fall asleep to the relaxing sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline. Enjoy a relaxing paddle in our canoe or kayaks. Bring your fishing rod and catch your bass supper in the shallow waters of Reed's Bay, followed by smores over a large fire pit. The shallow and clear water is ideal for swimming and your little ones.

Lake Ontario Beachfront Retreat | House 1

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This is one of two houses on this property (closer to the beach) with direct beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and building sand castles. This house can be rented on its' own or with the other house (see other listings on my profile). Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Windswept on Wolfe

Windswept is the perfect word to describe the continual changes of the weather on Wolfe Island. The River one morning can be calm and serene but by the end of the afternoon, waves that rival the ocean come racing in. Each season brings its own delights, whether its kayaking along the shores in the summer, watching the steamships go by or seeing the deer at the waters edge. Windswept has something for everyone. Peace and quiet, solitude if you choose. Gourmet dinner available.
