The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Cosy terrace house in Hebden Bridge - Superb views

We furnished this little house with loving care as we stay here often. There's a comfy king size bed in the large bedroom upstairs. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and a well appointed shower room. The view is breathtaking whether sitting on the steps with a glass of wine, eating at the table or in bed watching the lights of Hebden. There are a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops only five minutes walk away and beautiful river and hillside walks nearby.

No. 2 Swanfold is a Grade II listed stone cottage full of charm and character, with many original period features, set in a delightful cobbled courtyard in the historic conservation village of Heptonstall, near Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Newly and lovingly refurbished to a high standard, the cottage comprises a fully equipped dining kitchen, beautiful lounge with stone fireplace and wood burning stove, double bedroom with king-size bed and feature window seat looking out over the village

Situated on the hillside above the beautiful Calder Valley town of Hebden Bridge made famous by Sally Wainwright’s Happy Valley and Riot Women. Comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Located near the centre of the village with free on street parking nearby. I love vintage decor so the cottage is decorated in this style in keeping with its age and character. Modern minimalism isn’t my style!

We can accommodate one small house trained dog, so you can enjoy some fabulous local dog walks.
