Πρόκειται για μονόχωρη γκαρσονιέρα 19τμ στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, δίπλα στα Λιοντάρια.Εχει WC με ντουζιέρα, κουζίνα με σκεύη ,ψυγειάκι, διπλο κρεβάτι , τραπέζι, καρέκλες ,μπαλκόνι.Βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο και δεν έχει θέα.Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείων.Επίσης η κεντρίκη αγορά ειναι 1' λεπτο με τα ποδια οπως και πολλα αξιοθέατα οπως μουσεία πλατείες εκκλησίες.
