Welcome to The Chocolate Lodge, a cozy container cabin located in 1 acre of cacao farm. Strategically located in Guapiles, you can visit Tortuguero Canals, Puerto Viejo or La Fortuna in about 2 hours. We can offer Catarata Tours, Botanical Gardens, Sloth Shelters and more near of our Lodge. Also, you can rest in our river or make bird and frog watching. For a extra fee, you can arrange our chocolate tour and delight and discover how we make real chocolate. Our Restaurant also is waiting for you

Faldas del volcán Poas, finca con una cabaña.

Cabaña en medio de una montaña sin casas a su alrededor, cuenta con un río y bosque que lo rodea.... La cabaña cuenta con luz por medio de una planta eléctrica ya que el cableado eléctrico no llega... se llega en carro alto y si tiene automóvil se encuentra una zona donde dejarlo a 10 minutos a pie de la cabaña.... lugar muy seguro tranquilo .... en la propiedad se pueden observar aves, dantas, conejos, armadillos, inceptos ... mucha flora y fauna

We are a family of six, who decided to invest more of our time and love into our farm and turn it into an eco-friendly Lodge surrounded by nature. A place where we can show people how we live and all the nice little treasures that our country has to offer. The lodge is located in a small town called San Miguel de Sarapiquí at the foot of the mountain, very close to many hidden waterfalls, lakes, rivers & Poás volcano which is about a 1-hour drive.

Un moderno alojamiento tipo modular, cuidadosamente acondicionado, se integra de forma armoniosa en medio de la montaña. Su diseño minimalista contrasta de manera encantadora con el entorno natural que lo rodea. Justo detrás de la habitación fluye un río de aguas claras, cuyo sonido constante crea una atmósfera relajante. El silencio de la montaña y el murmullo del agua convierten el espacio en un refugio íntimo y especial.

Our Wood Cabins are a unique experience to get in touch with the tropical environment of Costa Rica. You can get to walk in our 6km trail system, take a shower in the river, go birdwatching and have a nightwalk with us! Sarapiqui River Jungle Lodge private room

This room is located within Chilamate Rainforest Eco-retreat it's a private room with king sized bed and patio facing the rainforest. The cost of your stay includes breakfast and access to trails in the forest. You will also have access to a shared kitchen. We are located on the Sarapiqui riverfront. Excellent wifi and close to many local attractions and activities that we can help organize in reception!!!
