Die Wohnung Carlo befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in dem kleinen Dorf Neppermin. Es ist eine kleine 1 Zimmerwohnung mit Doppelbett, Sitzbereich, Bad und Küche, mit der Gelegenheit für eine Aufbettung. Der Ort befindet sich auf der schönen Ostseeinsel Usedom., ca. 100 m entfernt vom Achterwasser. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum Abschalten oder erkundet die Insel von hier aus. Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.

Our cosy garden house offers 44 m² of space for 2 people. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead onto the private terrace, which invites you to relax. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a stylish living area provide comfort. The bedroom with large double bed (180x200 cm) has a modern design and offers direct access to the daylight bathroom with walk-in shower. Dogs are very welcome.
