Proche de l'E42, il est à moins d'une demi-heure de voiture de Maastricht, Spa, Liège, Spa-Francorchamps ou encore du site des 3 frontières et des Hautes Fagnes.

Gelegen tussen Turnhout en Antwerpen biedt deze woning een perfecte uitvalhoek om diverse activiteiten te doen. Fiets en wandelroutes. Er zijn gezelschapsspelen aanwezig (Rummicub, Monopoly Antwerpen, Trivial Pursuit kids, Scrabble, 4 op 1 rij, Uno, Yahtzee, kaarten, story cubes Max, ganzenbord, Kubb, Badmintonset, Petanqueballen). Vuurschaal in de veilige maanden.

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Voor wie rust en natuur zoekt is hier op de juiste plek. Je bevindt je hier midden in de natuur met hectaren bos in de achtertuin. Wat vroeger een stal was is nu een charmante gîte. Een typische woning in de Ardennen met veel intimiteit op enkele minuten van het formule 1 circuit. Als fanatiek trailer ken ik het bos in de achtertuin op mijn duimpje. Ik kan het iedere loop- en wandelliefhebber aanraden om er een keer te "verdwalen". Het is uiteraard ook geschikt voor mountainbikers.

Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.
