Large spacious childrenfriendly villa with magnificent garden situated in a quiet charming nabourhood. Perfect for big families with play opportunities for children (our children are 10 and 14). Our favorite spot is the huge terrace and outdoorkitchen where we make barbecue dinners. The house has 5 large bedrooms and is 5 minutes walk to the metro and the center of vanløse, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities. You can get to the center of Copenhagen in 15 min.

Villan har ljus, modern inredning, stilrena möbler samt en stor trädgård med uteplatser i flera väderstreck – perfekt för avkoppling och måltider utomhus. I närheten finns grönområden, mataffär och golfbana. På kort cykelavstånd når ni Ålabodarna och Sundvik vid Öresund för bad och härliga kustpromenader. Glumslövs backar ligger också nära och bjuder på vacker natur och fina vyer.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).
