This delightful house is tucked away in a grove of trees overlooking the Vermont Saltpan,which is a bird sanctuary. Recent solar panels on the roof feed into a battery and inverter system. Loadshedding is no longer an issue. This tastefully furnished, four bedroom home, is fully equipped caters for upto 8 guests. The perfect place to getaway from it. The Saltpan is fed only by rainfall and run-off from the mountains and in years when there has been low rainfall the pan often dries out.

Out on the back stoep (porch) you’ll find your barbecue facilities under the Huilboerboon tree. The stoep area has an additional toilet and washbasin.

#This comfortable, newly-built cottage in a secure complex has an open-plan layout with safe, off-street parking. The cottage is close to the village, about 1.5km, and within walking distance to the famous cliff paths. Whale watching tours depart from the New Harbour, which is within short walking distance. There is an inverter to assure you will have electricity during loadshedding. The cottage is wheel chair friendly.
