This 3100sqft Villa includes 2 master suites with walk-in closets and private bathrooms. One of the suites has an ocean views, and doors to the patio and pool. There an additional 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a stovetop oven. A half bath, washing machine and dryer is located just off the home's entryway. The living and dining area has an open flow that leads outside to a covered patio and the pool area.

This space is located in the Macaws Ocean Club - a multi-unit condominium complex with a pool and 24 hour security - but the unit itself is incredibly unique. Removed from everything and surrounded by trees, it feels completely private. Enjoy a full kitchen, large bathroom, and private patio which wraps around the whole unit. Take the tropical walking path to the beach in less than 1 minute! Located in the heart of Jaco, but away from all the noise.

Located on the 9th floor, enjoy panoramic ocean views, three balconies, pool table, BBQ, and high-speed internet. Direct beach access, oceanfront pool, and walkable location. Occasional noise, maintenance, or utility interruptions may occur and may be outside host control.

Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.
