Adventures, fishing, while manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife can be spotted near year-round. Sit by a fire and relax in Adirondack chairs, hammock or at a picnic table. We are pet friendly for well behaved four legged friends that enjoy traveling. We have a 14 ft canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes. Bring your boat! We have a community boat ramp one street over. Only minutes to downtown Inverness! PET FEE $25 per pet paid directly to host.

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Minutes from downtown Inverness, shopping, restaurants, boat launch, parks and the Withlacoochie walk/ride trail. Perfect get away whether for a few days or a snow bird experience. Fully fenced back yard makes the home pet dog friendly; however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties.

Air-Bnb is separated from the main house but on the same property. Please do not go in the back yard of the main house. Security Cameras records the outside gravel parking space.
