We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Surrounded by fields and orchards, our self contained, detached annexe makes an ideal retreat for a break in the countryside. You share your stay with our horses and goat who graze in the paddock opposite. It is the perfect base to explore the city of Canterbury, the glorious Kent coast and hotspots Whitstable and Margate (we are conveniently based between them -only a twenty minute drives). Whether you want to relax or explore we offer an ideal spot for families, couples or groups of friends!

We offer a personal touch; a homely and comfortable space, where you can cook in our modern, well equipped kitchen, then dine indoors, or venture out to the sunny, enclosed garden. Make use of the charcoal barbecue and comfy sun-trap seating area. In the evening, stay cosy around the smart TV with Netflix, and library of DVDs or listen to music, play board games and have a leisurely look through the varied books and magazines. 2 bedroom cottage in the heart of Whitstable

Waverley Cottage is in the heart of Whitstable's Conservation Area just a stone's throw from the harbour, beach and bustling High Street. There are 2 bright and airy bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs, although it is a small cottage. Waverley Cottage is opposite a friendly, historic pub that sometimes has live music and tables outside, so may disturb children at night. PLEASE NOTE there is free street parking but no driveway, and Whitstable parking is extremely busy.

Seabird Cottage

Beautifully restored 3 bedroom cottage on quaint, quiet street moments from the high street's bars, restaurants and quirky shops; and just 2 minutes from the sea! Light and airy open planned living and dining space with access to landscaped garden. Modern design with contemporary art and travel books to enjoy. We recently fitted a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped for proper cooking and dining. The house has recently been re-decorated and painted.
