The elevation ensures ample sunlight and gives the apartment a natural warmness. The Eden Sanctuary is perched high on a hill overlooking the old town, harbor and sea. Surrounded by green belt the bird life is rife and the area peaceful and quiet. The studio has a separate entrance and is private from the remainder of the house.
