Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Carmen's Cabin-Comfortable, warm and relaxing!

Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. We would love to host you!

Treat yourselves to a rustic country home with a spectacular alpine view. Decorated with a unique country style, this 3BR, 1.5 bathroom, can comfortably house a party of 10. Full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Coffee and tea provided. Lots of beds so fishing buddies don't have to snuggle! All beds are upstairs. The stairs are a bit steeper than normal, so please look at the pictures before booking to ensure they are appropriate for your group. Only a 10 minute drive from downtown Homer.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $85/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

"The Fireweed House" is a spacious vacation rental in Homer, Alaska that accommodates up to 13 guests.
