In this economic climate we are striving to remain affordable, not cutting corners we still provide a nice welcome pack, homemade bread, a fire starter kit and on hand 24/7 if needed. Butterfly Lodge is a quirky converted cart house with stunning views. Ideal for couples, families or friends. In a conservation and AONB and with an enclosed dog friendly garden. country walks from the door and the village is a mile away where there's a shop, cafe and 2 pubs. Many things to explore in the region.

The Orchard

Relax in this spacious secluded three bedroom cottage set in mature gardens & trees. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 family and friends. Just a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive into Hexham (twice voted Happiest Town in the UK) With its many fantastic pubs & restaurants. You are only a short drive from Hadrian's Wall, Vindolanda, Housesteads and Sycamore Gap. After a day exploring the local area, wind down and relax in the extra large hot tub or warm your toes in front of the cozy log burner.

Whiteside Farm Granary - Hot tub - Dog friendly

Newly converted Granary to go with our other larger holiday cottage on our working farm. located for exploring Hadrians Wall or for taking a break on a long journey. There is one bedroom upstairs with a en-suite and a king bed. There is also a futon bed located in the bedroom but only limited seating if more than 2 or 3 guests are staying. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or a soak in the hot tub, and watch the sun rise in the east. Cottage is small but cosy. Dogs are most welcome.

The Bothy is situated on the River Rede in Redesmouth Nr Hexham . This Idyllic Apartment is a Gem tucked away in the beautiful Northumberland countryside . Ideal for a peaceful few days or great stopover on route up North or down South . Its situated close to Hadrians Wall , Keilder Reservoir , Hareshaw Linn Waterfall and the National Park , Walkers , Cyclists Fisherman delight . Bellingham is only 2 miles away by car with a Co-op , pubs, Chinese take out to name but a few ammenities .

The Nook is a beautiful 17th Century detached stone cottage, refurbished to modern standards whilst retaining period charm. Located in the countryside, a short walk away from Alston's town centre which includes a pub, cafe and some shops. Perfect for a relaxing break in an area of outstanding natural beauty, lots of scenic walks from the doorstep. Private garden with a hot tub, a perfect way to view the stars on a clear night.
