Campbell Folk School and less than 5 miles to downtown Murphy where you will find local shops, dining, and the small town atmosphere that will have you wanting more.

Babbling Creek Bungalow is a stylish retreat tucked in the woods with a small stocked fishing pond and surrounded by a winding creek creating the ultimate soundtrack for your stay. The house has 3 bdrms and 2 full bthrms including a designer master bath with plush robes. The renovated barn has a huge media room upstairs and a game room and half bath downstairs overlooking cornhole, darts, and games outside. Wrap around porch with brand new hot tub under twinkling lights overlooking the firepit.

The Train Depot on Rushing Creek

Historic circa 1895 train depot moved from Warren County, GA to avoid demolition in 1992. Lovingly restored alongside 750+ feet of noisy creek and updated for today's lifestyle. Private setting, yet only 8 minutes to bars, shops, grocery stores & marina. Only 1.5 miles to Lake Chatuge & minutes from hiking trails and golf courses. Adjacent to The Depot is our Rushing Creek Cozy Cabin listed on Airbnb that can be rented separately or together to sleep a total of 14 people for larger groups.

This house offers lots of cozy indoor and outdoor space with plenty of seating, including covered seating areas off of each king room, a large open deck, a lower deck, fire pit, and covered patio next to water.
