Newly refurbished, self contained studio on private road- peaceful setting 20 mins walk in to Lindfield village (0.9 mile) and Haywards Heath station (0.9 mile). Studio is an annex to main house - totally separate, has its own separate entrance, 1 allocated parking space. living room / bedroom, fully equipped kitchen-hob, oven,grill, microwave,breakfast bar, shower room. Double bed , double sofa bed. Suitable for a maximum of 2 people Use of garden not included. Excellent WIFI - 25 Mbps.

Cosy, traditional terraced cottage, a perfect escape in rural Sussex. The cottage has far reaching views and is on a quiet country lane. There are lots of footpaths/cycle-paths close by . Ideally located just 5 minutes from the A23, 15 mins to Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath train stations , 30min to vibrant Brighton and the coast . Gatwick is just 20 mins drive. Only 5 min to famous Hickstead All England jumping and Equestrian Events .The Royal Oak 400yr old pub just a few minutes drive .

A beautiful studio built on the first floor with its own private entrance. The space has a staircase leading to the lounge area with fully-fitted kitchen and king-size bed sleeping area. Hotel-quality shower room. Views of blue sky and the South Downs make this bright, light space perfect for relaxing. Explore the village or venture into Brighton. Off-street parking and easy access to the Downs. Bring your bikes, walking boots or just a book! Cook during your stay or enjoy the restaurants.

Countryside setting within a convenient location.

Set in lovely countryside, the Stables Flat is a private one bedroom apartment decorated in a modern style. It is part of a stable yard that is no longer in use. Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. There are lots of circular country walks including dog friendly pubs and the Bolney wine estate and cafe. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.

The Old Ride Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in the heart of the beautiful Sussex countryside with easy access to local amenities such as pubs, shops and restaurants, this accommodation is an ideal base for those wanting to explore the outdoors through local walks or cycle routes. Well equipped with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and a cosy area to relax in, The Old Ride Studio offers a warm and comfortable experience away from home.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but not for cooking. That’s why it’s only available for a few magical days at a time. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.) There is WiFi

The Granary, Guest annex in Twineham

The Granary is the perfect stay if you’re visiting one of the local vineyards, Hickstead, Brighton or a local event/wedding. Great location to local pubs, footpaths and the South Downs. Private access, and dedicated parking. Please note there is no private garden. Great for 2 adults with an additional double mattress on a mezzanine suitable for older children or cosy for 4 adults available to request on booking.

The Hen House

The Hen House is a converted barn standing within its own private plot but using the same driveway as Wyndham Farmhouse, Barn and Stables. The house is well equipped, light and airy with fantastic views to the south downs. It is the perfect base to explore the Sussex countryside with plenty of local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the garden is fenced.

The unique Courtyard Cottage is situated in next to our home, nestled under the beautiful South Downs National Park. It is 10 minutes walk across the field to the picturesque village of Hurstpierpoint. It is only 15 minutes to Brighton and an hour from London. It's the perfect destination, whether you're looking for a countryside, city or seaside retreat!
