It is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers, bird watchers, trail runners, rock climbers, kayakers, and anyone who enjoys peace and quiet. Park your car, ride single track trails from the house. It feels secluded, yet Fayetteville is only 3 miles away via trail or car.

1950's renovated house with lots of original character next to Hawks Nest State Park and close to 2 more State Parks, in a quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes to all the New River Gorge National Park has to offer. 15 minutes from historic Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge, central to whitewater rafting and rock climbing companies. Close by there is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, boating, golfing, climbing, & fishing. 20 minutes to outstanding restaurants.
