The Old Chapel - 2 ensuite bedrooms

The Old Chapel is the ground floor apartment in the former Primitive Methodist Chapel in Tideswell. Built in 1893 the property has been lovingly transformed into a luxury contemporary holiday apartment which oozes character and charm. Once inside the rooms are all on one level. There are walking and cycling routes from the door and after a day out exploring the beautiful Peak District you can sit in the garden on warmer days or put your feet up on the sofas in the warm cosy lounge indoors.

Totally newly renovated in 2018 this two bed, two bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' field to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Castleton is such a pretty little town with it's own castle, 7 watering holes (all dog friendly) fabulous restaurants and delightful cafes. We are situated between Bakewell and Buxton.
