A twin sleeping nook - perfect for friends or little ones and a luxury master bedroom with king size bed. Enjoy walks up the Knoll and take in views across the Somerset levels. A small local shop and pub are just a short walk and local landmarks, Cheddar, Wells and Glastonbury Tor within a short drive.

The Space: The Shire is a self-contained annexe, offering privacy & comfort for your stay. The space includes a bedroom (double bed), a en-suite with shower, & a cozy living area. There is also a kitchenette .

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Tucked away in the very heart of the picturesque city of Wells, just moments from the High Street, Cathedral & Bishop's Palace. The Snug at Mill Barn - rural retreat

Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. A selection of walks to explore are provided by the owners. Ample parking and use of owners tranquil garden for relaxation. Perfect escape for couples.

The Old Stables

Hidden away in a unique rural setting on the Somerset Levels.  Light, airy and cosy with log burner. Looking out of the glass frontage you will find our alpacas, goats, ponies and various poultry . Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Close to Clarks Factory Shopping Village with historic Glastonbury and Wells a short drive away. 100yards from country pub. Close to junction 23 on M5

Henley House Annex - Rooms with a view

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Homestead West Wing, no hidden fees!

Homestead West Wing is a self contained luxury accommodation in a beautiful 1840 country house. Close to easy travel links with a bus stop a short walk away, but a quiet secluded setting with lovely gardens, paddocks and stables with friendly equine residents including Bluey the miniature pony. Accommodation comprises breakfast room, kitchen with air fryer, hob and combo microwave oven, shower room and 25sqm bedroom / lounge with open log fire. Storage for bikes etc available.

Railway Cottage in the heart of Somerset

Rooks Nest is a cosy self contained cottage for 4 people. There is a separate kitchen, lounge/diner with a 43” TV (Netflix) A private enclosed court yard garden with outdoor dining. There is a ground floor bathroom and shower. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with smart TV. A 2nd bedroom with double bed, Smart tv.
