This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Within walking distance to all the shopping and dining that the historic downtown Square has to offer as well as to the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, our place is bright and peaceful with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a game room, full kitchen, laundry room, backyard with fire pit, and the quintessential Denton front porch to just sit on and watch the world go by.

Quick 30 min. drive from DFW Airport. Abundant amounts of recreation - adjacent to Pilot Knoll Park with; Horse Trails, Boating, Fishing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding. Rental recommendations upon request. Casual & fine dining, along with great shopping at The Shops of Highland Village, all with 5 minutes. Jump into the hot tub & gaze at the stars. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

South Oak Cliff Tiny Guest House

Small studio-size guest house on large, quiet, wooded property. Privacy and kitchenette make this non-smoking hideaway perfect for multi-night stays. Convenient to downtown Dallas and the southern Dallas suburbs. Kitchen has mini-fridge+freezer, coffee maker, microwave. Coffee, tea, cutlery & basic food prep and storage items are provided. Queen bed with memory-foam mattress. Fold-out foam chair for additional sleeping space. Half-bath with shower & toilet.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come join us on our small farm where you will enjoy luxury glamping at its very best. Take it easy relaxing in the hammock of our solar secret garden, recharge with a bubble bath and a stint in our infrared sauna; or hang out at either of our two fire pits listening to my retro vinyl collection. Farm fresh breakfast, private yoga or photography sessions with our 1951 Ford truck available upon request.
