Groups of friends are welcome, but please note the bedrooms are small, designed primarily for resting after a day of exploring. The true heart of the house lies outdoors—our generous garden and inviting pool overlooking the paddy fields offer plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. Over 150 years old, this is a colonial / Sri Lankan style bungalow. We have kept the original features of the Villa while adding modern bathrooms for the modern traveler. Consists of 4 bedrooms, 3with en-suite bathrooms, All rooms have AC & Fans. Private POOL & pavilion for guests only. Also a Visitors bathroom, 2 outside showers. It has a front veranda, living room, dining area, rear veranda and the kitchen, geared for self catering with cooker with oven, big freezer, 2 more fridge freezers.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
