Enjoy a cozy experience staying in an authentic luxury tiny house. Immerse yourself in the unique charm of rural Kansas, picturesque farmland & open skies - perfect for stargazing. This tiny space features self checkin, a queen-sized bed, loft with a full-sized bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace & kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, induction stovetop & coffee maker. Basic dishes & cooking supplies provided. Full bathroom comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Pure western Kansas ! Right off highway 24. This home was built in 1900. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farm style home of a simpler time. A kitchen to please any cook! Feel those summer vibes on the front porch morning and evening. Farm fresh eggs provided in refrigerator! A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City and situated on the Solomon river valley. This house is stocked with amenities Grocery and local beef 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI and Roku.

Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. Gym has treadmill, stair master and free weights. Huge bar/game room has a pool table and games. Deck overlooks downtown. Large bedrooms with closet/drawer space. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

Grandma's House. Entire house is available; Three bedroom house; 4 Queen size beds. Fully functional kitchen, BBQ grill available as well. House located in the heart of Pheasant Hunting Country! We do allow dogs, but ask they not stay in bedrooms. TV, DVD, WIFI, Roku available. NEW HEATING AND AIR INSTALLED spring 2023 Morland is a sleepy and relaxing little town, there is The Office (bar), and Morland Mercantile.

Walnut Drive House

Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. Attractions include: The Smoky Valley Scenic Byway, The Christmas City of the High Plains, Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, Cedar Bluff Reservoir, and Castle Rock.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.
