You won’t forget this memorable experience! A 1974 River Boat has been lovingly transformed in to a whimsical all season cabin. Come for the fantasy then bask in the comfort and romance of it. Luxurious amenities include everything but the kitchen sink..literally! A perk to no running water is that I do your dishes at my place while you relax! The houseboat is tucked in to the trees and just across the road from a lakefront park. Plus...a Playshed full of seasonal outdoor equipment is included!

Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Private guest quarters on the American Narrows

Private 240 square foot guest quarters separate from our house. One bedroom and full bathroom. Directly on the Saint Lawrence River in the American narrows. One queen sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, TV, wifi, table & chairs. Alexandria Bay is 1.5 miles away. This is a No Smoking property, there is a $500.00 fee for smoking on our property. No children under 18. Boat dockage is not available. Sorry no motorcycles. Seasonal rentals from June 1st to September 30th.

This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. The Guest House This private beautiful home sits on 50 acres of land with three ponds. The home was built in 2014. Sit out by the pond and enjoy the sound of the bull frogs. The lady of the house is a Reconnective healer and life coach. Sessions are available. We are 3 miles from Alexandria Bay and one mile from the St. Lawrence River. Very quiet, no neighbors. Great place to relax and get away.
