Self contained studio. 35 ks north of Launceston

Suitable for couples and solo travelers. Self contained studio room with double bed includes. Kitchenette and en suite bathroom. It is attached to main house, with private entrance on small acreage.. Internet, tea coffee, light breakfast ingredients, iron, hairdryer and use of washing machine included Close to wineries, strawberries farm, the West Tamar tourist areas and Northern beaches. Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

The Cottage is located at Deviot, 30 minutes drive from Launceston, on 2½ acres of land overlooking the Tamar River giving guests spectacular views of the sun & moonrise.

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

With spectacular views overlooking the wide flowing Tamar River it is the perfect space to enjoy some relaxing days and amazing sunsets. Also some wildlife is bouncing around the Studio at night. In the fruit season you’re welcome to pick your own raspberries or other seasonal fruit from our orchards and simply enjoy what our little paradise has to offer.
