Newly built in a tranquil setting, the light-filled, open-plan lodge has three double bedrooms (Standard Double bed) + room with (Double) sofa bed (all en suite with showers and 2 also with baths), underfloor heating and a balcony terrace with panoramic views. Amenities include; Wifi, TV, integrated log burner, bluetooth, BBQ, games. (Please note policy re. children)

Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Cottage Farm Annexe

Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.
