Other things to note: The cottages are next door to Shuckers Oyster Restaurant/Bar featuring live music Wednesday through Sunday. Enjoy weekly lunch specials Monday-Friday (11:00 am–7:00 pm); and Country Breakfast Brunch Saturday/Sunday (10:00 am-2:00 pm).

It is also very close to University of Mississippi Medical Center, Baptist Hospital, Millsaps and Belhaven University. Enjoy private/off street parking in the bustling downtown Fondren District.
