The Porter House, built in 1830-1850, is located in the heart of Raymond, MS. The home has two bedrooms upstairs each with full bathrooms and separated by a well-stocked coffee bar. The Porter House has a beautiful garden with fire pit and chairs. The Porter House is 5 minutes off of the Natchez Trace, 15 minutes from Clinton, and 30 minutes from Ridgeland/Jackson. We do not allow parties. Fees for early/late, check-in/out are payable on arrival/departure. We allow one pet 50 lbs or less. Other things to note: The cottages are next door to Shuckers Oyster Restaurant/Bar featuring live music Wednesday through Sunday. Enjoy weekly lunch specials Monday-Friday (11:00 am–7:00 pm); and Country Breakfast Brunch Saturday/Sunday (10:00 am-2:00 pm).
